Thank you for participating in my Animal Communication Certification Program.

As part of my professional training and certification, I am offering a limited number of complimentary animal communication consultations. These sessions provide me with valuable practical experience while offering you the opportunity to receive intuitive insights from your animal companion.

By submitting your consultation request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

What You Will Receive

Your consultation will be completed independently and is not a live appointment.

Following my communication with your animal, you will receive a personalised PDF report via email containing:

• An overview of the connection established with your pet.
• Responses to your five submitted questions (where information is received).
• Any additional messages, emotions, impressions or insights your pet chooses to share.
• Any intuitive observations that arise naturally during the communication.

The report represents the information received during the communication session and is intended to be read in its entirety.

What You Need to Provide

To complete your consultation, you agree to provide:

• Your full name.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Your pet’s name.
• One or two recent photographs clearly showing your pet’s face and eyes (where possible).
• Up to five (5) questions you would like me to ask your pet.

You confirm that you are the animal’s owner or have the owner’s permission to request this communication.

Nature of Animal Communication

Animal communication is an intuitive and telepathic practice.

Information is received through intuitive perception, impressions, emotions, imagery, sensations and telepathic communication.

Every communication is unique.

Animals communicate in their own way and may choose to answer questions differently than expected, provide information unrelated to the submitted questions, or decline to answer certain questions altogether.

Because this is an intuitive practice, information received should be considered personal insight and interpretation rather than objective or scientifically verified fact.

No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, completeness or interpretation of any communication.

Complimentary Training Consultation

This consultation is provided free of charge as part of my ongoing professional training and certification.

Your participation assists me in developing my communication skills while gaining practical experience.

As this is a complimentary service, no refunds, guarantees or warranties apply.

Veterinary & Behavioural Disclaimer

Animal communication is intended as a complementary practice and is not a substitute for professional veterinary care, behavioural advice, diagnosis or treatment.

I do not diagnose illness, prescribe medication or recommend altering veterinary treatment.

If your pet is injured, unwell or displaying concerning behavioural changes, you should seek advice from a qualified veterinarian or animal behaviour professional.

No Guarantees

While every communication is undertaken with integrity and genuine intention:

• I cannot guarantee that every question will be answered.
• I cannot guarantee that your pet will communicate in the way you expect.
• I cannot guarantee outcomes, behavioural changes or future events.
• I cannot guarantee that every impression received will resonate with you.

Animals remain free to communicate what they feel is most important.

Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that all decisions regarding your animal’s care remain entirely your responsibility.

Any actions taken following your consultation are made at your own discretion.

Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal information, photographs and consultation reports will remain confidential.

Your information will never be shared with third parties without your permission unless required by law.

Your pet’s photographs will only be used for the purpose of completing your consultation.

Feedback

As these consultations form part of my certification, I may invite you to provide honest feedback about your experience.

Your feedback is greatly appreciated and helps support my ongoing development.

Intellectual Property

Your consultation report has been created specifically for you.

You are welcome to keep, print and share your report for personal use.

The content may not be reproduced, altered or used commercially without my written permission.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, you understand that animal communication is a complementary intuitive practice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I accept no responsibility or liability for any decisions, actions, losses, damages or consequences arising from the consultation or from reliance on the information provided.
